I have been selling real estate at Monterey Bay Properties for 15 years. Since 1987 I have been involved in all phases of real estate sales in Santa Cruz County as both a listing and selling agent for residential, investment properties, including apartment complexes, as well as lots and land. I have developed a broad network and good working relationships with a variety of specialists that pertain to the purchase or sale of real property. Before becoming a real estate agent, I was a registered nurse for 8 years.Many skills I obtained as a nurse/counselor/educator I have been able to transfer to various aspects of a real estate career: listening and working with people and being a successful negotiator go hand and hand. It has been important to me from the beginning of my career to meet my clients needs to the best of my abilities, and to know that when we have closed escrow, they are satisfied and feel that they have been well represented.
